May is a season of growth, change, and expansion, and this retreat is designed to honour that—not just in nature, but in your own life. Whether you’re seeking rest, reconnection, or simply a moment to check in with yourself, this day will meet you where you are. And you won’t be doing it alone—you’ll be surrounded by like-minded souls, sharing in the energy of openness, ease, and deep connection.
The full schedule will be revealed soon, expect a carefully curated blend of yoga, essential oil rituals, and mindful practices woven together with intention, bringing you into alignment with the fresh, expansive energy of May. There will be plenty of time to rest, reflect, and connect with both yourself and the like-minded souls sharing this experience.
And new this time around, we hope to feature a SPECIAL GUEST! Encouraging you to tap into your creativity and sense of play… bringing an extra layer of magic into the day!
Later in the day, we’ll dive into a deeply restorative practice - an extension of our existing Calm Collective Collaboration - inviting you to surrender and receive. Think long-held postures, soothing touch, and the subtle power of essential oils working in harmony with the breath.
If you’ve been craving a shift, a reset, or just the space to soften, this retreat is for you.
The Granary is a converted barn set on Manor Farm in Brogborough in a secluded location. It is located on the Bedford Road (old A421) and is roughly 1.5 miles from the M1 J13. Attendees will be sent more in depth arrival instructions to their email prior to the event.
Please come wearing comfortable clothing and bring some water.
