Bloom & Breathe! 🌿 A Yoga Day Retreat!

Spring has always felt like nature’s true new year. It’s the season when the earth visibly begins again - seeds take root, light returns, and growth unfolds in its own time. Nothing in nature forces itself into bloom; it happens when the conditions are supportive enough 🌱

And so, Dani & Lauren invite you to a day all about creating those conditions within yourself!

Bloom & Breathe is an invitation to move through spring softly, to shed the weight of your winter coat and reconnect with what feels ready to grow ✨

We’ll be joined by Lana from The Petal Home in a guided bouquet-making workshop! 💐 You’ll explore colour, texture and scent while learning to craft a beautifully balanced bouquet to take home - something tangible to honour the season and the seeds you’re planting.

From there, you can expect an expansive yoga practice, a delicious seasonal lunch - hopefully outside, drenched in sunlight! ☀️ The afternoon invites you inward through tension-release rituals and guided practices to soften what’s been held and make space for what’s emerging. We’ll close with a final settling practice that stays with you long after you’ve rolled up your mat and drifted home 🤍

This retreat isn’t about forcing transformation. It’s about devotion to your own pace, trusting that growth can be gentle, and giving yourself the space to truly bloom 🌼
