Leading Innovation - taster course

The Innovation taster session is designed to provide an introduction to this subject. Attendees will be taken through some of the fundamentals of how Innovation can be developed within their organisations.

The two-hour session will introduce attendees to an Innovation model and look at examples of how some organisations successfully Innovate.

Being able to Innovate successfully as an organisation has always been important, but it is now more important than ever with the challenges currently facing the Water and Environmental Industries. The taster will provide individuals with an insight into how they can support Innovation within their organisation and leave them better equipped as individuals.

For those who would like to look into the subject in more detail, L&DA also run a two-day Innovation course. We have a variety of course dates available throughout the year and would be happy to discuss on an individual basis to really tailor the course offerings to the needs of the organisation.
