Boys and girls, if you over 14 and sick of summer schemes but want to improve your fitness, or want to physically improve to play a competitive sport, then come and join us in the gym where anything is possible on our Youth Muscle Strength Camp.
Each training session will last approx. 1 hour and include a range of strength, power and endurance exercises within the gym and performance centre.
Emphasis is placed on correct technique and appropriate exercises based on biological and training ages of each participant.
Upon graduation of the camp you will be stronger, faster and fitter!
Current start times for dates advertised are: 3.00pm and 4.15pm
To ensure effective coaching and technique spotting we operate a cap on each group so places are limited.
