Settle down for the evening and enjoy the magical power of the crystal singing bowls, and then enjoy a moment of grounding with a warming herbal tea and sweet treat afterwards đ
Sound baths are not suitable for those in first or third trimester of pregnancy, anyone with a pace maker, or those who suffer with sound induced epilepsy, severe tinnitus or any other sound sensitive health concerns.
