Fun, themed classes to help children explore their feelings through play, movement, stories and calm connection.

Our Emotional Regulation Classes are designed to gently support toddlers and children as they begin to recognise and understand their emotions. Aimed at children aged 18 months to 7 years, each session is packed with playful activities to help children feel calm, confident, and connected.

Through fun weekly themes , we explore important feelings like worry, excitement, frustration, and self-confidence — all in a safe and supportive space where your child can learn and grow at their own pace.

Each class includes a lovely mix of:

🌈 Mindful moments to help little ones slow down and focus

🎨 Parachute games and group play to build confidence and social skills
