A monthly nervous system downshift

A gentle evening space for anyone who is tired of being “on” all the time.

This is not a workout.

It’s not self-improvement.

It’s a guided shift from doing → being.

What happens in a session
Each session may include:

• Slow, floor-based somatic movement

• Breathwork to soothe and regulate the nervous system

• Long, supported restorative postures

• Guided rest, Yoga Nidra, or body scan

• A soft, unhurried landing back into the room

Low lights. Calm tone. No rush.

Who it’s perfect for
People who:

• struggle to switch off at night

• feel wired but exhausted

• carry stress in their body

• find rest difficult, but know they need it

• are holding a lot for everyone else
