Join us for a special open day, a warm, welcoming space where new and familiar faces come together through movement, music and connection.
We will offer two sessions with tea and refreshment break in between.
No experience needed. Just come as you are.
We will have a break with light refreshments, you are welcome to bring some snacks to share if you want too.
