Voyeurs 2026 - Pole Dance Taster Class at Leeds Pole Dance Studio

Have you always wanted to try pole dancing? This is your chance to give it a go! In this class, you will learn a selection of simple static spins and tricks on the pole catered to complete beginners. No prior dance or fitness experience is required. All humans welcome!

The session will begin with a warm up to prepare our bodies for the pole section of the class. You will then be guided through the basics of posture and hand grip/placement, which we will apply to a series of super fun pole tricks! Towards the end of the session, you will have a few minutes of playtime to consolidate everything you have learnt, finishing with a cool down.

Please note: we operate on a 2 per pole basis.

This event is 18+.

Accessibility:
We are located on the ground floor. The studio space is all on one level, however there is a small step between reception and entering the pole room. Unfortunately we do not have accessible toilet cubicles in our bathroom. For any further queries, please email info@leedspoledance.co.uk.
