Join us March 22-29 2025 for 7 nights by the sea in the beautiful coastal town of Alvor for a yoga retreat dreams are made of... At Seafront Paradise Resort we have a long golden beach lying at your feet, your villas are bordered by cliffs creating a magical landscape of caves and bays to be discovered, with yoga on the cliff looking out to the ocean below.
Practicing yoga right by the sea is a dream of many. Start your morning with yoga and meditation right on the beach, daily workshops in our sea view yoga pavilion or on the lawn shaded by huge pine trees We can enjoy a sunset meditation on the rooftop terrace, with the sound of the waves and the song of the seagulls harmonizing your breath. Yoga includes 2x daily practices ranging from hatha and vinyasa to yin and nidra. I always offer extra workshops along the week to deepen your practice such as philosophy, acroyoga, balance, meditation and more.. always with some fun playful practice along the way!
Dining will be again, with a sea view (mmmm) with our very talented chef Faye, nourishing your bodies throughout your retreat with locally sourced organic gut healthy food, with an array of colour, healthy ingredients and yes there is always something to satisfy your sweet tooth!
We are so lucky to have direct beach access, 2 private pools, delicious food and yoga every day! Absolutely idyllic if I do say so myself...
