In this half term workshop we will experiment with the art of paper craft to create paper bird sculptures. We will introduce participants to artists and techniques developing knowledge of structure, form and texture. Through initial drawing, paper manipulation and armature building we will explore how humble paper can be transformed into a beautiful sculpture to take home with them!
Please bring a packed lunch and morning snack (NO NUTS). We can provide drinking water and biscuits.
If the weather is OK we will go to the playground on Devane Way during lunch for a run around, please suitable clothing and coats and sunscreen (if needed).
We will also play games during the day and at lunch if the weather is bad.
