Our parties run for 2 hours on Saturdays at The Forest Centre in Marston.

The cost of a party is £200 for 10 children and extras can be added at £10 per head. Numbers are to be confirmed a week before the party and the remaining balance paid.

The Party
The party will start with a quick chat about safety and the activities available, then the children can get going.

Food
About half way through the party or at a convenient time we'll get together around the fire to toast marshmallows and have hot chocolate, tea or coffee if required. This is also a good time if you want to do food and sing happy birthday. As the party is between feeding times snacks are not always needed but cake is always good.

Location / Permission
Please make sure your guests know we are at The Forest Centre in Marston Moretaine.

Parking costs will apply £1 - £3 or join as a Friend of the Forest if you are a regular visitor - see the forest centre for more information

Please meet all your guests at the car park and then make your way to us in the woods. We are about a 5/10 minute walk from the car park.

How To Find Us - park in the main car park and follow the main path towards the wind turbine, stay on the path and you'll find us in the woods on the right of the main path. It's about a 10 minute walk so please allow time to get to us. The park is buggy, bike, scooter friendly and can be muddy with puddles enroute.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment will be taken at the time of booking which 25% is considered as non-refundable.
Cancellation of a party when done by the client within 72 hours of the scheduled party will mean a loss of the whole payment and is not transferable.
Should we need to cancel due to weather conditions or staff illness we will offer to re-schedule or give a full refund.
