Yoga is suitable for all ages 16+, all genders and abilities including beginners.
Yoga can be adapted to most ailments, so if you are unsure of this is right for you, please email on slblack@hotmail.co.uk
Please bring a small hand mirror and arrive make up free.
All yoga equipment will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat and blanket, if you wish.
Please wear comfortable clothing, you are able to move in for your yoga practice.

As you approach the Old Farmyard from Charlton or Kings Sutton proceed along the driveway, past the farm entrance and farm house on your left, and turn left, up a slight rise and into the car park. The studio entrance is in a gap between the stone barns, walk through the gap into the courtyard and turn to the left, you will see the studio in front of you.
