Aerial Sling routine mini course

a two week course learning some awesome wraps and drops on sling and learning a mini routine!

suitable for age 8+ to adult

what to wear: leggings,socks,tshirt

No moisturiser/sun cream due to damage on the equipment and causing it to be too slippy as well as one student having a severe sun cream allergy

Remove all jewellery before attending

FOR PARENTS: the studio is small so there is no room to wait for children,HOWEVER our toilet is situated outside of the building so you will need to be close if you child needs a to go to the toilet to take them to it,as i cannot allow them to go alone until they are 18 years or over

there is the car park to wait in your car a few metres from the studio which is free after 6pm called the corn exchange car park (parking directly outside the building belongs to the kings head)

i would advise to make sure children have been to the toilet just before arriving to avoid any issues with needing to come and get you but this can't always be helped so make sure you are on standby

OR book yourself a space on the same course and then you can have fun together and also be on toilet standby for your child!
