an awesome hour and a half workshop learning some cool spins,tricks and mini combos on a pole that continuously spins, beginners are welcome although it would be advisable to have completed at least one six week course in pole fitness at mizz twisted cherry studios if possible

what to wear: shorts and tshirt
No moisturiser/sun cream due to damage on pole and causing it to be too slippy as well as one student having a severe sun cream allergy
Remove all jewellery before attending
