To help you feel comfortable, supported, and fully present during our Candlelight Sister Circle, please bring the following with you:
• A journal & pen for reflection and intention setting
• Water to stay hydrated
• Blankets & pillows to create a cosy resting space
• An eye mask (optional) for deeper relaxation during meditation and sound healing
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing so you can fully relax and move freely during breathwork and kundalini movement.
