🎒 WHAT TO BRING

• Water bottle – Stay hydrated! Bring plenty of water (1-2 litres recommended).
• Small towel – For wiping sweat during breaks.
• Clean indoor trainers – Must NOT have been worn outside (studio floor protection).
• Spare clothes – You will work up a sweat, especially if you do a full day of workshops.
• Post-workout snack – Helps with energy recovery.

❌ NOT ALLOWED

• Outdoor shoes of any kind
• Jeans or restrictive clothing
• High heels
• Flip flops / sandals
• Boots

⏰ ARRIVAL & TIMING

• Arrive 15 minutes early
• Allow time to change shoes and get settled.
• Check in with MotionMasters staff.
• Set up your space in the studio.

🏥 HEALTH & SAFETY

• Inform us of any injuries or health conditions.
• Listen to your body – take breaks when needed.
• Stay hydrated throughout the session.
• Emergency contact details must be provided during registration.

📱 PHONES & RECORDING

• Keep phones on silent mode during instruction.
• Photography/filming only during designated times.
• Respect others' privacy – ask before including them in photos.
• Respect copyright – do not film entire choreography routines.

Entrance: From Bridewell Street, 1st Floor opposite Rough Trade. For class entry please ring the buzzer at Bridewell Street and the teacher will buzz you in.
