Embrace deep rest with a gentle Yin Yoga practice designed to release tension, create space, and invite stillness. This soothing session concludes with a calming guided body scan meditation, helping to prepare your body and mind for a peaceful night’s sleep.
The session will take place online via Google Meet. Please have your yoga mat and 1–2 blocks or pillows to support your practice. Dress comfortably, you are welcome to wear your coziest clothes or even your pajamas so you can drift right into bed after class. Create a quiet, dimly lit space where you can fully relax and enjoy this deeply restful experience.
