Referencing Steve Paxtons 'Material for the Spine", the class will focus on fundamentals of Ci that underpin the dancing which also draws from ki aikido. We will explore moving from a more relaxed and centred sense as we move in and out of contact with each other and the floor.
Listening, sensing, following the flow, supporting and negotiating through touch the various exits and entrances to the dance.
