Rising and Falling, Upward Journeys, Safety in numbers, Support for dancing in the up space.
Referencing Ki Energy work from Ki Aikido, we will develop the internal energetic support systems in the body, which enables finding support when working with the group. Instead of being focused on duets working with a partner, this class will really take advantage of being in a group. A time for working with coming up off the floor and challenging ways of dancing in the up space. Relying on the group to take you places you really cannot go on your own, experiencing the joy of flight as well as soft landings.
