Improvisation class with Mary Pearson. All levels welcome.
Each class is a guided movement improvisation, with prompts to awaken bodily, spatial, sensory and relational awarenesses, and suggested imagery to invite connection between dancing and imagination.
With a continuous playlist of varied music tracks.

Wear comfortable clothes for dancing.
Class is in studio 2 upstairs, Tuesday 7:15-8:15pm
