This is a weekly class to help you start your week in a calm and relaxed way.
Yin is a quiet form of yoga that allows you to be introspective. It's primarily mat based and you maintain postures for longer moments of time. This allows you to work into the connective tissue and meridians in the body.
Yin yoga is known to help with range of movement, increase flexibility and bring some calmness into both body and mind.
Please note that battery operated candles are used to provide a safe space.
Parking is available on the road, no permits required. It's a 10-12 minute walk from South Woodford station and a short walk from bus stops operating the 20, 179, W13 and W14 buses.
Come ready in comfy clothing. All other props will be provided. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the class.
