Detaljer

This is a beginner/improver class so you are given options to challenge yourself within each move. We work on the mat each week but sometimes use small equipment such as bands or balls to make the moves a little more difficult depending on your ability.

If you have a specific health condition or injury these can be taken into consideration when joining the class and Sarah can adapt movements accordingly.

Instruktioner

  • Wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving in eg leggings, t shirts, joggers. In the winter months we'd recommend bringing layers.
  • Please bring your own exercise mat for hygiene reasons
  • Also please bring either a thin cushion or small hand towel. We use this to ensure correct head and neck alignment when lying on the floor.
  • Have a bottle of water near to hand to stay hydrated
  • We wear socks in class but no shoes/trainers (unless pre-agreed with Sarah). You might find wearing socks with non-slip soles are beneficial but these are not mandatory.
  • All clients must complete a Client Health Questionnaire before starting class. Sarah will email you the form upon completion of payment. Please then send your completed form to sarah@nextchapterpilates.com.
