Join us for a rejuvenating Wellness Day designed to nourish your mind and body. Enjoy a variety of activities, including yoga, Pilates, stretching, mindfulness, and journaling, alongside an insightful talk on menopause and well-being.
You are free to participate in as much or as little as you like—take a peaceful walk around the grounds, unwind with a cup of tea, or indulge in a 15-minute taster massage for a moment of pure relaxation. This is your time to reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
On arrival there will be refreshments to start your day
Please bring a Pilates/yoga mat and a bottle of water
Wear clothing that you can exercise in that are comfortable
Lunch will be provided ❤️
