DAY RETREAT at Lima Gardens, Pentrefoelas, near Betws-y-Coed.
The seven main Chakras contain the seven aspects of our human experience so it makes sense that if one of them is out of balance, it affects the whole system.
We will use the practices of Yoga, Meditation, Mantra, Mudras and Sound Healing to balance the seven main channels of energy in the subtle body – the Chakras.
You will use exercises to understand your own Chakra system and where you may have balanced energy and imbalances too!
Then we will use a simple practice to use at home to balance out all of the 7 aspects with a Chakra morning Meditation.

This Day Retreat is for anyone who wants to explore how the Chakras inform and influence our behaviour, attitudes and life patterns.
BOOK EARLY:
Please book at least 4 weeks before the event, for me to know numbers.
FOOD:
Hot drinks and snacks will be provided.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring your regular yoga kit: a yoga mat, cushion, blanket, block and eye pillow. Wet weather gear if you fancy a walk down to the river or in the woodland.
Please bring a re-usable water bottle and a packed lunch.
VENUE:
Please note the studio is upstairs above outbuildings to the left of the main house.
