Join Emily for an hour and half yin yoga sequence as we settle into the winter months.
Each posture will be offered with the intentions to drop inwards, watching the sensations in the boidy and the breath. We will move through the sequence according by the meridians of the winter season as followed in Chinese medicine.
All postures are gentle and can be supported by the wall or a a prop at home.
A wonderful chance to get cozy and log in from the comfort of your own home.
Emily will also senda 5 minute ritual for you to do before you log on so you can be as present as possible for the session.
