What better way to find some peace before the craziness of Christmas?

Suitable for ages 16+ (under 18s must be accompanied by an over 18).
Not suitable during first trimester of pregnancy.

New to yoga - no problem, this event is completely beginner friendly - we can even lend you a yoga mat.

Instruktioner

Here are the main points you need to know:

  1. Free on-site carpark available for your use.
  2. Doors open 5-10 minutes before event start time.
  3. Wear clothes suitable for yoga (layers are best).
  4. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, a bed pillow and cushion, plus anything else you like to use.
  5. A filled water bottle is advised.
