Pilates with Hilary, suitable for anyone:
• Starting Pilates for the first time or who hasn't been for a while.
• Improvers who want to get back to basics and reinforce basic techniques.
• Looking for more challenging levels as an option. These will be offered as part of increasing levels in a series so people can stick with lower levels if they prefer.

All equipment provided but a small towel comes in handy. There are mats but bring your own if you prefer.
