We’ll enjoy up to an hour of gentle cycling along quiet roads – perfect for building confidence while having fun.
🚴 Open to adults only (18+) who can already confidently ride a bike.
🚲 If you don’t have your own bike or helmet – you can borrow one of ours for the session.
📍 Our instructor in hi-vis will be ready to welcome you.
This 2 hour session includes bike fitting, safety briefing and approximately 1 hour of guided cycling.

Participants who need to borrow a bike will need to register this by 3 days before the ride - so that a bike can be prepared in advance of the session.
You can bring your own bike and helmet, or borrow one from RideWise.
