Adult Trampoline Session
A fun, friendly and supportive trampoline session for adults (18+) of all abilities.
Whether you are a complete beginner, returning to trampolining after a break or an experienced gymnast looking to develop your skills, our qualified coaches will support you to progress safely and confidently.
Sessions offer the opportunity to:
Learn new trampoline skills safely and progressively
Improve fitness, coordination, balance and body control
Build confidence at your own pace
Develop existing skills or revisit previous experience
Enjoy an active and sociable session
No previous trampoline or gymnastics experience is needed. Each participant can work towards their own individual goals in our purpose-built trampoline centre in Sawston.
Instruktioner
Gymnasts should wear comfortable sports clothing that allows them to move freely, such as leggings, shorts, a T-shirt or leotard. Please strictly avoid clothing with hoods, zips, buttons, buckles or other hard attachments. Gymnasts must wear socks!
Long hair should be tied back and all jewellery must be removed before the session.
What to bring:
Please bring a named bottle of water to every session.
Gymnasts will trampoline in socks – no special footwear is required.
Please ensure you are ready to start promptly at the beginning of the session.
