A new monthly offering on a Friday evening. Weekend Wind Down - Yoga to Restore.
Combining various yoga styles from the hatha tradition with some gentle elements of flow to energise and free the demands of your week from your body and mind. Moving to a peaceful and grounding conclusion through yin and/or restorative postures, depending on the class focus that day.
This is a slightly longer session at the end of the working week to restore your balance, boost your mood and put your wellbeing front and centre as you move into the weekend (and beyond)
All equipment is provided. It is recommended to wear layers and bring socks for the floor based relaxing end as well as water and clothes you can move easily in for the more active start!
We are a shoe free studio and would greatly appreciate your cooperation with this and with helping keep the studio free of any mobile or smart watch notifications.
Parking is on street and there may be a short walk to the studio. Please park considerately of our neighbours drives and the restricted school zone.

Full and final booking. If you are no longer able to attend and provide at least 48 hour notice we will do our best to sell on your place. If we are successful you will be given a studio credit, less £5 admin fee. Thanks for your understanding.
