New offering led by Savvy Humphreys - Cosy Yoga
A deeply relaxing evening of Restorative Yoga, Reiki and guided meditation, created to help you slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself.
Settle into a cosy space where every pose is fully supported by bolsters, blankets and props, allowing your body to gently release tension without effort or strain. Expect slow, nurturing movements and plenty of time to simply rest.
As you settle into stillness, receive gentle Reiki healing to encourage deep relaxation, followed by a soothing guided meditation to quiet the mind and leave you feeling grounded and renewed.
Come as you are. Leave feeling rested, nurtured and held.
All equipment is provided. You are welcome to bring anything you like to use.
We recommend wearing layers for this practice - and please bring some warm cosy socks.
