What's On
10:45 AM - 11:00 AM
~Arrive, settle in + herbal teas
Come just as you are in your most comfortable cosy clothes, make a herbal tea and find your mat.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM
~Easing in: Journalling & 'Release' sound bath
We'll note down some gentle intentions for the day and experience our first relaxing sound bath with Steph. Bring your favourite notebook and pen. Mats, mini bolsters, eye pillows and blankets provided. Feel free to bring extra pillows for max comfort - recommended if you find lying on a yoga mat uncomfortable.

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
~Picnic Lunch
Weather depending; we'll eat outdoors together on picnic blankets overlooking the forest. We'll have nutritious nibbles to share but if you want something more substantial, bring your own or buy some lunch from the cafe next door.

1:00 PM - 2:15 PM
~Mindful movement + Sounds of the Forest walk
Some gentle stretching and movement to start us off, and then a slow, quiet walk through the forest. We'll stop every so often to soak in the sounds of nature or listen to Steph's soothing instruments. Bring weather appropriate clothes and footwear.

2:15 PM - 2:45 PM
~Burnout prevention with nature as your guide
Learn some simple ways to harness the healing power of nature to prevent stress and burnout with Rebecca. Enjoy more tea and some nourishing snacks (provided).

2:45 PM - 3:15 PM
~Closing 'Receive' sound bath
Back in our retreat space, we'll have one final sound bath that is designed to ground you and help you transition back into the real world. And of course - more tea :) Take home a small gift from us to keep the stillness rolling into the week ahead.
