Join us for a morning of movement, reflection and wellbeing designed to help you slow down, reconnect and breathe a little deeper.
We will begin with a gentle Pilates session suitable for all abilities, move into time for journalling and reflection, enjoy coffee and connection together, and take a mindful walk to close the morning.
