This monthly offering is a sacred pause; a space to breathe, relax and connect to the energy of the full moon and each other.
Held by Cosmic Kat, you'll be guided through meditation, journalling, chant, and ritual, to release what no longer serves and integrate the lessons and energies that arise with each month's full moon.
You'll draw inspiration from elemental energies (fire, earth, air, water), the living world, and different Goddesses, as Kat supports you to awaken and integrate your inner divinity. You'll leave feeling more grounded, at peace, and in touch with your own magic.
This workshop is for women and non-binary folks.
