The Fitness / Circuit club is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit. Targets to help stamina, core strength, stability, flexibility, fitness, speed and balance.
Children will need to bring spare indoor/outdoor clothing, appropriate footwear and a water bottle to the clubs
