What is Pregnancy Yoga?
Pregnancy yoga is a holistic tool to connect you to yourself and your unborn baby. It is also a birth empowerment and preparation practice that can help you tap into your own innate knowing of how to bring your baby earth side.
You are welcome to attend from 14 weeks pregnancy up to labour!
We start the session with relaxation, followed by gentle invitational movement and the opportunity to connect with the group with light refreshments.
