For those who have never tried hoops or would like to brush up on forgotten skills as a refresher. This course focuses on getting acquainted with the equipment, safe entries and exits, simple static poses and learning the basics (technique, moves).
Ages: 5 to adult.
Cancellation policy: courses are non-refundable. For all other classes, no refund is issued for cancellations less than 48h (24h for online option) before class. If notice of more than 48h is given, all efforts will be made to find an alternative class within the same month, although securing the alternative class is not guaranteed. Any refunds given for ANY reason incur a 5% payment platform cancellation fee.

Please wear tight fitting sportswear to avoid skin friction with hoop equipment. It is suggested that legs and arms are fully covered, especially as a beginner. Our aerial hoops are untaped, and therefore gentler on the hands/skin, but less grippy than taped options.
All courses are non-refundable. Other classes at the studios can be exchanged or refunded provided a minimum of 48h notice is given. Any refund will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover the payment platform charges.

Parking is available on site and is free of charge on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please note that on Saturdays, a parking ticket must still be obtained from the on-site machine to comply with the two-hour time limit. The ticket is free but must be clearly displayed, as it indicates the time of arrival.
