This is the only pole fitness group class taking place at the weekend in Sandy.
This class can cater for a range of abilities, although it may not be suitable for absolute beginners.
Who may benefit from you?
1) students who have attended The White Studio classes before but have taken a break in the last two or three years, and want to come back to the discipline.
2) those who are not beginners but wish to go back to basics for a variety of reasons, to improve technique, to strengthen the weaker side, to remind themselves of moves and tricks they haven't done in years.
3) intermediates and high intermediates who want a relaxed class with no pressure to ‘nail’ moves.

Please wear sports shorts and a sports vest, as you need skin contact to ensure a good grip with the pole. Bring a bottle of water and, if you prefer, sanitiser. Sanitiser is also provided at the studio. A cloth to clean the pole is also desirable, although there are available cloths at the studio, as well as disinfectant/alcohol to clean the poles.

Refunds or transfer to another class are possible if changes are made at least 48h before the class starts. Please note that any refunds given for ANY reason, incur a 5% transaction cancellation fee, regardless of notice period.
