Please bring a blanket and a pillow for your comfort. You’ll be lying down on mats, so make sure you’re able to get up and down from the floor safely.
Sound journeys may not be suitable if you have a pacemaker, metal implants, epilepsy, are in your first trimester of pregnancy, or have severe sound sensitivity.
