My yoga for birth workshop offers a comprehensive approach to preparing for labor and delivery, combining physical postures, breathing techniques, partner support, and mental relaxation to empower expectant mothers and their partners.

All expectant Mums and Birth Partners welcome.
Please bring a notepad and pen for taking notes.
Bring a shawl or a large scarf if you have one for practicing Robozo techniques. (I will have some spares)
You are welcome to bring drinks and snacks, light refreshments will be provided. (E.g Teas, light snacks)
