Join us for a transformative day-long workshop dedicated to exploring the healing power of writing for wellbeing.
Some people call it âIntuitive Writingâ because itâs a way of switching off your internal editor to find out the truth of who is the real you. It can be cleansing, enlightening, reassuring and often healing. The workshop consists of writing prompts, exercises and discussions in a safe space, so you wonât have to read anything out â unless you want to. And youâll leave with lots of practical tools and strategies to help you continue the journey at home.

12:30 pm - 1:30 pm: Lunch (Included) at Suburban Green
There will be short breaks for refreshments mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
IMPORTANT: Please arrive promptly to settle in for a 10:00am start, after which, for security reasons, the door will be locked.
Please bring with you:
A pen and hard back writing pad. An A4 lined pad with a cardboard back is ideal.
A bottle of water.
Please wear warm comfy clothing and warm socks as shoes are not permitted in the studio.
Because seating will be on long benches, please bring anything that will make the experience comfortable for you. For example, a small cushion for the bench, a large floor cushion, a shawl or blanket.

Our entrance is above Buzzy Bees Bakery, come down the left side of Buzzy Bees when facing it, Wilmslow Pilates and Wellness Centre is then the first door on the right hand side, there is a circular sign on our door.
