A short online course, 3 x 60 minute classes to learn movement and breath practices that you can use every day to improve the health of your digestive system.
In Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga) the gut is the foundation of our health, and modern medicine is fast catching up with this ancient knowledge.
As well as digestion, absorption and elimination, the gut is also fundamental to good mental health. The enteric nervous system is known as the second brain, and a healthy digestive system improves the connection to our 'gut instinct' and our intuition.
IBS and other conditions of the gut are strongly linked to stress, and yoga and breathwork are proven to reduce the impacts of stress on the whole body.
This short online course will bring together simple practices that are known to strengthen and soothe your gut, including:

Suitable for beginners to experienced practitioners.
Mat-based sessions (ie recommended for those who can get up and down off the floor)

A yoga mat is recommended, comfortable clothing and a quiet space at home will also be helpful!
