Winter Solstice, sol-meaning "the sun" and sistere meaning "to make stand", is the great stillness before the sun's strength builds, and days grow longer - a great time to rest and reflect, a sacred opportunity to pause and celebrate the coming of light and the returning of the sun.
An opportunity to celebrate the presence of Spirit and the power of faith that our vision of the future will come into manifestation.
Join Helen Olivia for an intentional practice of restoring yin, meditation and reflection with the opportunity to journal if you wish.
