Join Yvette & Tim for a special 4 day Ashtanga Vinyasa Mysore event that allows you to join the community in the Studio via Zoom. Please do understand that you may not be able to hear the discussions in the room but know that we will still be looking out for you.
Over the course of the 4 days you have an opportunity to immerse yourself in the experience of a full practice each day
The self practice style online is more suitable to those that have some knowledge of the Ashtanga sequence. If you are an absolute beginner please try and join us in the studio
As you are attending on Zoom you may arrive at any time after 9am. Even if you cant make the full practice it's still worth rolling out the mat.
As this is a special event the booking is non transferrable and non refundable
