Allowing your body time & Space to move and helping to calm the mind.
Followed by Yoga Nidra, which is a guided meditation also known as "yogic sleep," that leads to deep relaxation while maintaining conscious awareness
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and maybe an extra layer for yoga nidra.
Please bring a blanket for some extra warmth at the end.
