Six-week Yoga course starting on Sunday the 13th of July, 10am at Gwaelod-y-Garth Village Hall.
Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. We will work through Pranayama, Asana and Kriya. This class is a gentle practise, we will start slow and build up.
If you would like to join an ongoing Yoga class - every 5 weeks is different.
What is included?
🟠 Six one-hour classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga - if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend any other class in the schedule, at a time that suits you.
🟠 Short online videos to practise at home between classes. Handouts to deepen your Yoga practise.
🟠 Green & Blacks organic chocolate to welcome you to class one.
🟠 A Gong Bath relaxation in class six.
First time bookings £43 with code HELLOYOGA5 (This is a one-off 6 week course).
Usual price £40 for 5-weeks or £75 when booking for 10 weeks in advance.
