A special day retreat at the Woodland Retreat Centre in Cardiff 😊🙏
🟠 The day is designed to be a special treat to breathe, rest and recharge your batteries in a beautiful, peaceful setting.
🟠 The day will start with a recharging Hatha Yoga session. We will then break for a healthy buffet lunch, tea and dessert fully catered for by a wonderful local chef - healthy and vegetarian / vegan.
🟠 After lunch we will practise Yin Yoga before a one hour full sound bath with symphonic gongs, crystal, Tibetan singing bowls, handpan and other instruments.
🟠 If you have any dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free, allergies etc), please fill in the questions on the booking form - dietary requirements must be confirmed by June 28th. Spaces are limited, if you have any questions, please feel free to message.
*Please note that sound baths are not suggested for pregnant women, those with pacemakers, those with epilepsy and those currently experiencing severe mental health issues such as PTSD. Please send a message if you would like to discuss 🙂
Please bring a pillow, blanket and a bottle of water. There are lots of Yoga mats at the centre, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. I will email more information closer to the date.
