Luxury Autumn Weekend Yoga Retreat - Monmouthshire - Fforest Barn

🟠 A whole weekend of Yoga in beautiful natural surroundings.

Come and lower stress, recharge and unwind. The weekend is designed to be a special break, where you can breathe deeply in the fresh air, feel the benefits of Yoga, chat over delicious homemade food and just relax.

🟠 A whole weekend of Gitananda (Hatha) Yoga, Yin Yoga, Gong Baths and wholesome nutritious food in the countryside. Fforest Barn is a luxury retreat centre set in the tranquil black mountains. It features a purpose build Yoga studio, an outdoor Yoga deck, a hot tub and beautiful mountain walks.

🟠 There will be a full schedule of Yoga available. There will also be free time to enjoy nature, chat or to just relax and read a book.

The weekend is suitable for all levels of experience, beginners are very welcome. You are welcome to join on your own or in a group.

What is included?
🟠 A full schedule of Yoga with a Gong Bath and sound healing.

🟠 2 nights of accommodation (Single, twin, triple rooms available).

🟠 Wholesome, nutritious food (+ desserts). All meals, snacks and drinks are included (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free - please specify when booking). On Sunday we will collectively make a big Sunday roast.

Fforest Barn is nestled between four mountains with breath-taking views. There’s no light or noise pollution away from roads, with mountain walks in all directions.

The main house links a 17th century oak-beamed barn and a modern Dutch barn. The centre was purpose-built to hold transformative retreats that connect people to nature, with accommodation options ranging from lavish indoor bedrooms to enchanting gypsy caravans, a treehouse and an ecopod. There is a hot tub, a steam shower room and 4 resident alpacas!

Fforest Barn is built to be eco-friendly, with a low-carbon and energy approach. The centre has underfloor heating throughout, powered by solar and a wood-burning boiler fire.

Prices range from £395 - £495 all inclusive of accommodation, meals, snacks, Yoga classes and Gong Baths. £75 non refundable deposit to secure your space. The remaining balance is then due by August 2nd 2027. There is 10% off the total cost for monthly members.
