Early Summer Yoga Day Retreat

Join me in the peaceful and beautiful Greywood Arts Centre in Killeagh, East Cork for this day of yoga, nature, nourishment and rest to welcome in Summer.

Our venue will be a quiet, beautifully restored arts hub, surrounded by nature. Guests will have access to the courtyard and gardens, where they can watch the chickens and goats wandering about.

A vegetarian lunch will be provided by Loving Salads, with tea, coffee and homemade vegan treats on offer.

Morning yoga will be an energising class suitable for all levels, and in the afternoon we will have a grounding yin yoga session to help you tune into your body and experience deep rest.

Weather permitting, we will go for a mindful walk in the nearby Glenbower Woods, a truly beautiful woodland to the explore.

Mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you'd like to double up.
